ReStore Operations
Support our mission by helping our retail center run smoothly.

Customer Service: Assist shoppers, answer questions, and help create a welcoming environment.

Donation Logistics: Join our team as a Truck Driver or Navigator to pick up donations and assist with furniture moving.

Processing & Sales: Help inspect, clean, and repair donated items; price merchandise; and stock the showroom floor.
Critical Home Repair Programs
Help neighbors maintain safe, accessible, and affordable homes.

A Brush with Kindness: Assist with essential home repairs to keep our neighbors living in safe and secure homes.

Homes of the Brave: Help local veterans with critical home repairs to help those who served our country have a safe place to call home.

Habitat can “Handle It”: Help us install grab bars and accessibility features for seniors and individuals with mobility needs.
Home Build
Work directly on construction sites to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through new home construction.

Construction Assistance: No experience? No problem! Work alongside our crew leads on framing, siding, painting, and finishing touches.

Special Events
Join us for short-term, high-impact volunteer opportunities at our annual events and community fundraisers.

Looking for a meaningful team-building experience?
Partner with us for a private, customized service day.
Our group build days offer a unique opportunity to strengthen your team while making a tangible difference in the Livingston County community. Whether you are a corporate team, a school group, or a group of friends, we can tailor a day to your specific needs.

Available Projects: Options include ReStore team service, specific Critical Home Repair tasks, or a day on a new construction site.

Team Building: We provide a structured, safe, and engaging environment that fosters collaboration and camaraderie.

Custom Coordination: We handle the logistics, site safety, and project supervision so you can focus on working together.

Please note that the build opportunities listed below are private days. If you are not part of the group and want to volunteer on a build site, please check out the Public Schedule above. Individuals not part of the groups/organizations will be asked to leave the job site.
